He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Archer and Ruth E. Archer (Snively); and his siblings, Eddie, Patty and Tommy.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Ann Peterson; his children, Deb Schroeder (Rick), Tina Johnson (Eric), Joe Archer (Carie) and Dan Archer (Kristin); his grandchildren, Sam Schroeder (Maggie), Andy Schroeder (Kim), Sarah Juarez (Oscar), Derek Skillings (Melissa), Jacob Skillings, Eli Johnson (Allie), Jessica Archer, Matthew Archer, Ellison Archer, Henry Archer and Rafe Archer; his great grandchildren, Josiah Juarez, Benjamin Schroeder, Jacob Juarez, Maya Schroeder, Ruby Schroeder, Archer Schroeder, Walter Schroeder, Jack Skillings, Avey Skillings, Persephone Skillings, Raegan Gentling and Amara Archer; and his siblings, Beverly Sage (Larry), Marlene Kistler, Judy Bardsley (Bill), Dennis (Dee), Dale (Andi) and Randy (Galyna).
