It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ervin E. Weinkauf of Saint Peter, Minnesota, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Adolph Weinkauf and Lucy Weinkauf; and his brother Merle (Carol) of North Mankato. He is survived by : his sons, Ervin R (Sharon) of Forest Lake and Arnold P (Candice) of Boynton Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Mindy Conyers, Mandy Weinkauf, Mike Weinkauf and Dan Weinkauf; and his niece Connie Boonstra (Jon). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
