She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Anderson; her parents, Elta Schwandt (Frank) and Lowell Schwandt; and her brother Maynard Schwandt. She is survived by: her children, Karen Anderson Posner (Ted) of Bethesda and Fred Anderson (Gabrielle Zucarro) of Los Angeles, California; and her grandchildren, Justin, Erica and Georges Posner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Friends of the Arboretum at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, in her honor.
