We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2024, at the age of 93, Howard Swenson (Saint Peter, Minnesota), born in New Ulm, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Swenson and Alice Swenson (Peterson); and his siblings, Shirley Olsen, Owen Swenson, Douglas Swenson and Paul.

He is survived by : his children, Julianne, Janet, Nancy, Ruth and Paul; his wife Jane Lippmann; his daughter Julie Gintner (Rick Wagner) of Lonsdale, MN.; his sisters, Mable Handel of Wichita Falls and Karen Radway (John) of Lincoln, NE.; and his sisters-in-law, Sandie Swenson of Forest Lake, MN, Evelyn Swenson of St. Peter, MN, Louise Tweit (David) of Gibbon, MN and Ellen Bauer (Jerry) of Clinton, WI.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to Norseland Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
