She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph Askevold and Alice Askevold (Mathistad); her husband Donald Scholl; her sisters, Florence Hansen (Wayne) and Lorraine Smesrud (Robert); and her niece Donna Smesrud.

She is survived by : her sons, Bradley (Brian) and Brian (Nancy); her grandson Corey Scholl (Heidi); her son Kenzie Tynuv (Maxim); her great grandchildren, Harlow, Charlie Scholl, Keelan and Ryder Tynuv; her sister-in-law Beve Scholl; and her friend Mari Awata Snyder. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, caregivers, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church, the Nicollet County Historical Society or donor's choice.
