He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton and Donna. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle (Blake), Amanda (Travis) and Nicole (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Ashton, Quinn, Emilia and Dezhur. He is also survived by 5 siblings, their families and many friends.
