She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Menk and Alice Menk (Schouveller); her husband Dennis; her sister Eleanor; and her brother-in-law Gordon Swenson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lana Grunst (Harvey) of Oconomowoc, Wanda Cabanilla (Fred), Etta Forbrook (John) of North Mankato and Lila Frederick (Dan) of Madison Lake, MN.; her grandchildren, Michael Forbrook (Tonya) of Wickenburg, Mindy Grunst of Waukesha, Mathew Cabanilla (Darnell) of Nicollet, MN, Meggy Kutz (Greg) of Lake Mills and Chad Cabanilla of North Mankato, MN.; her great grandchildren, Kyara Koepsell (Sam), Emersyn, Easton Forbrook, Joshua, Alexandria Kutz, Alice Cabanilla and Wyatt Cabanilla; her great great grandchildren, Victor, Gideon, Samson, Malachi, Judah and Reuben Koepsell; her half-sister Phyllis Engel of Oregon; and her nieces, Joyce Gedde and Jeanne Cox of North Mankato.
