We announce the death of Randy Lee Menk of Saint Peter, Minnesota, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 70. Randy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Menk and Lois Menk (Johnson); his brother-in-law Chuck Mines; and his nephews, Andy Menk, Ryan Mines, Jeffrey and Erik Menk.
He is survived by: his children, Emily Rezmerski (PJ) and Levi Menk (Paula); his close friend Jennifer Thiesse; his granddaughters, Jade Turbes (Toby), Casey Baynes (Jake), Olivia Rezmerski and Nevaeh Rezmerski; and his siblings, Cindy Mines, Richard Menk (Sue), Terry Menk (Mary) and Tammy Enter (Brian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
