We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2022, Alfred A. Baert of Sartell, Minnesota, born in Maple Lake, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Baert and Elizabeth Baert (Paumen); his wife Jean Shy; his daughter Patricia; and his sister Isabelle.

He is survived by : his daughter Donna Jean Rinehart (Steve); and his son-in-law Joseph (Ann). He is also survived by four grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Al and his family request that all memorials go to the Minnesota Fishing Museum and Hall of Fame at 304 Broadway, Little Falls, MN 56345.
