She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Raymond and Bernadine Raymond (Holden); her brother Michael Raymond; and her brother-in-law Tom Bukowski. She is survived by: her husband Ray Billig of Sartell; her daughters, Jennifer Billig (Matthew) of Burnsville and Kelly Billig (Scott) of West St; her grandchildren, Finnian and Rowan; and her siblings, Mary Bukowski of Sauk Rapids, Patrick Raymond (Ann) of Port Townsend, WA and Kay Haakonson of Sartell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Homes-Sauk Rapids (324 2nd Ave S, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
