He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Booth and Mary Booth (Yorek). He is survived by : his wife Judy Czech; his daughters, Michelle Booth of St. Cloud, Sandy Kostreba (Bruce) of Holdingford and Cheryl Peterson (Tom) of Sauk Rapids; his grandchildren, Garrett, Korin Kostreba, Gavin and Rylee Peterson; and his sibling Bernie Borash (Jim) of Rice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
