He was predeceased by: his brother Ronnie; and his parents, John Vitale and Bette Vitale. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Shaughnessy of Genevieve's Church; his son Gary Vitale (Brenda) of Orange Park, FL.; his grandchildren, Daniel Vitale (Jenna) and Angelina Vitale; his great grandchild Aurora Vitale; and his uncles, Joey and Jim. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
