He was predeceased by : his parents, Hubert Loch and Theresa Loch (Hennen); his son John; his great grandchild Finnegan; and his siblings, Vernon, Leo, Dorothy Leither and Leona Weiss.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Krumrie of Anthony's Catholic Church; his children, Harold Jr. (Lori) of Florida, Ronald (Andrea) of Alexandria, Rhonda Schwagel (Jim) of Sartell, Richard (Marjorie) of Texas, David (Michele) of St. Joseph, Craig (Stephanie) of Hutchinson and Justin (Heather) of Oregon; his daughter-in-law Lois Loch; his sister Betty Neu; and his sister-in-law Rosie Loch. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
