She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Sr. Stang and Catherine Stang (Pursley); her husband Cy of Mary's Cathedral; her children, Paul Valerius and Mary Botz; and her siblings, Bobby Stang, Marty Stang (Jeanne), Rita Ulrich (Jim), Simon Stang Jr., Catherine and Charles Stang.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom (Tina) of St. Joseph and Mike (Nancy) of St. Joseph; her son-in-law Jeff Botz of St. Joseph; her grandchildren, Josh Valerius (Kelly), Jaden Valerius, Ellie Botz, Carter Botz and Alaina Botz; her siblings, Renee Schill (Myron), Delphine Hilsgen (Dave), Jimmy Stang (Cindy) and Jackie Stang (Delores); and her sisters-in-law, Rosie Stang and Elaine Stang. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 9 Sep Visitation St., Francis Xavier Catholic. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (219 2nd St N, Sartell, MN 56377).
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to the Poor Clares Monastery.
