She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Booth, Sandra Kostreba (Bruce) and Cheryl Peterson (Tom); her grandchildren, Garrett, Korin Kostreba, Gavin and Rylee Peterson; and her siblings, Elaine Zilka and James Czech (Sara Perrino). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
