She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fautsch and Amelia Fautsch (Dritz); her husband Richard A. Evans of Paul's Catholic Church; her sister Angie Bartholomy; and her grandson Ross Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Evans (Ellen), David Evans (Cari), Julie Midas (Lance Line), Pam Pietrzak (Randy), Douglas Evans (Amber) and Scott Evans (Elizabeth Wick); and her siblings, Floyd Fautsch, Jim Fautsch, Joe Fautsch and Terri Fautsch-Patridge. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
