Darlene Deters-Maslow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Deters-Maslow (Sauk Centre, Minnesota), who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Peckskamp and Clara Peckskamp (Terwey); her former husband Robert Deters; and her brothers, Jerry and David Peckskamp.
She is survived by: her husband Vern Maslow of St. Cloud; her children, Brenda Sunderman (Marty) of Sauk Centre, Joseph Deters (Judy) of Sauk Centre, David Deters of Sauk Centre and Julie Brown (Don) of Alberta, Alabama; her stepson Michael Maslow of Stanchfield; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jessie, Jenna, Trisha, Lisa, Ben, Kurt, Joey, Andrea and Casey; and her sister Judy Groth of St. Cloud. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Alexius Catholic Church (11 Oak St, West Union, MN 56389). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Holy Family School in Sauk Centre.
