He is survived by : his siblings, Thomas Theis (Charlene), Frederick Theis (Nancy), Wayne Theis (Sandra), Linda Beauchamp, Paul Theis (Marilyn), Gene Theis (Dana), Debra Zehrer (Jeff), Timothy Theis (Joyce) and Richard Theis. He is also survived by his family, friends.
