She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Bruggenthies and Ann Bruggenthies (Van Havermaet) of Grey Eagle, Minnesota.; her brother Robert Bruggenthies, Jr.; her former husband Carl Ahles; and her grandson Joshua Kise.

She is survived by: her husband Dave Walker; her siblings, Jane Ostenberg (Skip), Jean Jennen (Virgil), Richard Bruggenthies (Carol), Ronald Bruggenthies (Cindy) and Ralph Bruggenthies; her daughters, Debra Meagher (Mark) and Brenda Kise (Todd); and her stepchildren, Paula Davenport (Mark), Peggy Wittmann (Larry), Jim Ahles, David Walker, Jr. (Lori), Roxanne Walker and Johnny Walker (Tanya). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
