He is survived by: his sons, Todd Walter of Willmar and Troy Walter of Sauk Centre; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Walter of Sauk Centre; his grandchildren, Jennifer Kottschade (Myron) of Swanville, Nikki Thompson (Darren) of Sauk Centre, Amanda Blaskowski (David) of Esko, Megan Kohnen (Jordan) of Hewitt, Brittney Jordan (Ben) of Swanville and Corey Walter of Sauk Centre; his siblings, Joann Mielke of Willmar, Alan Walter (Elaine) of Sauk Centre, Gene Walter (Deb) of Sauk Centre, Vern Walter (Margaret) of Sauk Centre and Mark Walter (Lois) of Sauk Centre; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Walter and Marion Walter. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
