Rodney Thornbloom Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Thornbloom and Valborg Thornbloom (Brakken); his former wife Geraldine Thornbloom; his brother Gerald "Gerry" Thornbloom; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Thornbloom and Judy Thornbloom.
He is survived by: his wife Maren Thornbloom of Sauk Centre; his children, Todd Thornbloom (Monica) of Florida, Eric Thornbloom (Sara) of Minneapolis, Katy Prantner of Chaska and David Prantner (Katy) of Oregon; his siblings, John Thornbloom of Stanchfield, Rick "Radar" Thornbloom of Osakis and Sue Volkman (Bob) of Osakis; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Thornbloom of Sauk Centre. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home (620 Beltline Rd, Sauk Centre, MN 56378). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
