He was predeceased by : his parents, Adam Patyk and Mary Patyk (Yendraszak); his wife Phyllis Patyk; and his daughter Marie Annette Patyk. He is survived by : his children, Brenda Patyk (Debbie Mollison) of Dayton, Amy Azinger (Douglas) of Prior Lake, Guy Patyk (Gu Zheng) of Prior Lake, Chris Ann Schneider (Jeffrey) of Commack and Jennifer Patyk of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Therese, Lucy Azinger (Amy), Brandon, Stephanie Schneider (Chris Ann) and Anthony Patyk (Guy); and his sister Joanne Wadsworth (William) of Brookings, Oregon..
