He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Walter (Kilanowski); his son Matthew Walter; and his father-in-law John Gillies. He is survived by: his father Melvin Walter of Sauk Centre; his wife Bonnie Walter of Sauk Centre; his children, Jennifer Kottschade (Myron) of Swanville, Nikki Thompson (Darren) of Sauk Centre, Amanda Blaskowski (David) of Esko, Megan Kohnen (Jordan) of Hewitt, Brittney Jordan (Ben) of Swanville and Corey Walter of Sauk Centre; and his brothers, Todd Walter (Cassie) of Willmar and Troy Walter of Sauk Centre. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many loving relatives and friends.
