He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bialka and Mary Bialka (Krawiecki); his children, Patrick and Judy; and his siblings, LeRoy, Donald, Henry Jr., Carol Kurpiers and Mary Ann Muldoon.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Judy) of Brainerd and Bruce (Kim) of Cottage Grove; his wife Jeri; his daughter Sherry Scholtes (Harry) of Sartell; his grandchildren, Troy Bialka, Matthew, Kristin, Lyndsey Myers, Ellen, Emily and Isabel Bialka; and his siblings, Richard, Duane and Betty King.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
