With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell R. Ervasti of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on March 2, 2023 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Darrell R. Ervasti to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond and Delores (Flank). He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo of Sauk Rapids; his children, Nathan (Shannon) of Centerville, MN and Raegan Ervasti of Clearwater, MN; his grandchildren, Dominic and Avianna; and his sisters, Candy Ervasti of New Brighton, MN and LeAnne Ervasti of Hopkins, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Dear Candy and LeAnne, I'm so sorry for the loss of your brother Darrell. There many time that I thought about going up to Sauk Rapids to see him, but time got away from me and now it is too late. I recall first meeting Darrell and the two of you when we were in grade school. I kind of lost track of all of you until Darrell and I were at UND. Darrell was one of the good guys, and I enjoyed our time together. He had a great sense of humor that kept me in a good mood. I miss you all. Bob DeLeo”
