He was predeceased by: his father Larry Weaver; his stepmother Karen Weaver (Rogers); and his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Debby Duncan of Sauk Rapids; his children, Chris Dean of St. Cloud and Jesse Weaver of Bozman, MT; his brothers, Brett Weaver (Audrey) of Becker and Tom Weaver (Debbie Marshik) of Little Falls; his grandchildren, Sydney, Montey and Owen; his aunts, Donna Jensen and Carol Lindblom; and his uncle Marvin Ramacher (Greg Rogers). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
