He is survived by: his significant other Tina Holt; his stepsons, Timothy McCarthy (Emmy), Joshua Smith and Matthew Smith (Afton); his siblings, David Holt (Janet) and Diane Bartowsheski; his brother-in-law Jay Sandberg (Sherry); his stepsiblings, Jim Anderson, Ron Anderson, Don Anderson (Denise), Barb Jaeger and Deb Raduenz (Dave); and his stepgrandchildren, Gaige Smith, Madilyn Bromenschenkl, Oliver McCarthy, Everleigh Kinsella, Myla Smith and Emma Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
