He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellis and Leona Ellis (Ganskop); his sister Patty Grelson; and his nephew Michael Grelson, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Gary Ellis (Sharon) of Sauk Rapids; his brother-in-law Mike Grelson of Sartell; his niece Candice Grelson of Sartell; and his great-niece Mikayla Grelson (Travis Decker).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Homes-Sauk Rapids (324 2nd Ave S, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
