She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Zak and Katharina Zak (Kahlhamer); her husband George Augustinack; and her siblings, Roger Zak, David Zak, Sylvia Piere, Cleora Augustinack, Paul Zak and Marti Proell.

She is survived by: her daughter Tausha Chamberland (Chris); her granddaughters, Amber and April; her siblings, Eunice Will (Herman), Carolin Krueger, Joe Zak (Kathy), Theresa Pull and Richard Zak; and her siblings-in-law, Opal Zak, Rhonda Zak and Bruce Proell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
