She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Skluzacek and Anna Skluzacek; her husband Eugene; and her siblings, Helen Voracek (George), Clare Nickolay (Syl), Joseph Skluzacek, Mary Scheffler (Leo) and Gilbert Skluzacek.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Smith (Greg), Diane Gerdes (Kevin), Margaret Duckstad (Richard), Marilyn Schnacky, Lori Russell (Larry), John Connelly (Rachel), Theresa Spicer, Betty Firman (Paul) and Julie Jelle (Tony); and her sister-in-law Elsie Skluzacek. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
