He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Mandt and Marie Mandt; his siblings, Norman Mandt (Audrey), Edward Mandt and Barbara Brogger (James); and his children, David and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Bratlie; his daughter Joan Shopbell (Tim); his grandsons, Jack (Kathrine), Sam and Eli; his daughter Rachel Lund (David); his grandchildren, Jens (Lucas), Joren and Britta; his son Brian Mandt (Cindy); his grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan (Abby) and Katherine; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Mandt, Cheryl Mandt and Janet Bratlie.
Memorials are preferred to the Washington Cemetery Fund.
