She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Novotny and Margaret Novotny; and her sisters, Pamela and Margy. She is survived by: her husband Terry Schmitz; her son Joel Schmitz (Rebecca); and her grandsons, Brady and Benjamin. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
