He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Shurb and Cora Shurb; and his brother Cordell Shurb. He is survived by: his children, Tamara Lague (Paul), Teresa Lent (Robert), Deanna Rose (Anthony), Robert Shurb and William Shurb (Shannon); his grandchildren, Paul, Mark, John Gehling, Nissa Lent, Blayne and Breann Shurb; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Warren, Iris and Rosemary Gehling.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lakes Free Church (29620 Olinda Trail, Lindstrom, MN 55045). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
