Arla Elmira Tolppi Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 30, 2025, at the age of 90, Arla Elmira Tolppi of Sebeka, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hagerman and Dorothy Hagerman (Tobey); her siblings, Elmo Hagerman (Buelah), Roger Hagerman and Delora Boyer (William); her nephews, Roger, Bill Hagerman and Kyle Boyer; and her close friend Marvin Burgau.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Howes, Susan Shackelford (Micheal) and LaDon Howes (Holly); and her grandchildren, Austin (Dorothy), Shackelford (Samuel), LaNaya (Joshua) and Anderson (Benjamin). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
