She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Carstensen and Darlene Carstensen (Eggert); and her siblings, Becky Raines, Kenny Carstensen and David Carstensen.
She is survived by: her children, Daken Carstensen (Melinda Christensen), Kyle Louks (Brooke), Justin Louks (Kimberly), Ashley Louks Myers, Sarah Louks (Joshua Wilson) and Heather Louks (Albert Marvel); and her close friend Diane Smith. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and a host of friends.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Open House. A prayer was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Sebeka City Park W Minnesota (W Minnesota Ave, Sebeka, MN 56477).
