It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Kern of Sebeka, Minnesota, who passed away on May 15, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kern and Ella Kern (Meller); his wife Irene; and his brother Dave Kern (Arlis). He is survived by: his sisters, Doris Budig (Dave) and Sharon Schwartz (Tom); his stepsons, Bryan Goraczkowski (Marsha) and Brent Goraczkowski (Jenny); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa, Brian, Becky, Jodi, Stephany, Deb, Doug, DeeDee, Derik, Dawn, Tina and Tyler. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
