With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alan J. Bresnahan of Shakopee, Minnesota, born in Saint Peter, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Tim Bresnahan (Kara) and Ann Schmidt; his nieces and nephews, Austin Schmidt (Kate), Riley Schmidt, Rayni Bresnahan and Braden Bresnahan; his mother-in-law Janet Hanson (Gene); his parents, Roger Bresnahan and Myrna Bresnahan; and his father-in-law Phil Zingsheim. He was also cherished by his dad and a few of his dad's close friends.
