He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hoen and Ardis Hoen (Beckrich); and his parents-in-law, Cyril and Lillian Maxa. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Maxa; his children, James (Suz), Kerri Sticha (Jeff), Kati Mousel (Jason), Kassi Flom (Josh) and Kortney Schroers (Phil); his grandchildren, Josephine (Marcus), Elias (Emmalee), Maddie, Ava, Isabel, Ethan, Caleb, Aubrey, Aiden, Jack, Owen, Lillian, Colton, Elody, Chloe and Cullen; his great grandchild Eden; his siblings, Paul Hoen (Elena), Arline Hoen and Allan Hoen (Sue); and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Brandt (Joe) and Allan Maxa.
