He is survived by: his former wife Maria Rodgers of Prescott, WI; his sons, Steve (Lynn Bangen), Marty (Elaine), Dave (Pam) and Bob; his grandchildren, Samantha Zager (Matt), Brynn Gelhaye (Ryan), Madison Berens (Jack Wingerd), Betsy Berens, Joey, Annie, Penny Berens, Michael and Kathryn Berens; his former wife Cathy Berens; and his sisters, Mary Zurn (Greg) and Gretchen Stark. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
