She was predeceased by: her husband James F. McLaughlan; her parents, Chester Jessen and Cora Jessen; and her siblings, Lloyd Jessen (Betty) and Helen Findlay.
She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Showalter (Leo); and her granddaughters, Janessa and Sabrina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Lutheran Church (3650 Williams Dr, Burnsville, MN 55337). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
