He is survived by: his wife Candi; his children, Jack, Anna, Joshua (Avery Garvey), Clarissa Spande (Nick) and Sarah Williams (Kevin); his grandchildren, Lillian, Camdyn Spande and Williams; his sister Yvonne Anderson (Ritch); his father-in-law Charlie Henkels (Sue Bastyr); and his siblings-in-law, Cami Calhoun (Craig), Cari Boyce (Cory) and Chris Henkels (Rachel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
