She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen DeMers and Julie DeMers (Cermak); her former husband Cecil Clay; her son Patrick; her son-in-law Barry Dickson; her children, Peter (Nancy), Robert (Judy), Ross (Ann) and Rebecca Schwaesdall (Paul); her brother Steven DeMers; and her daughter-in-law Sue Clay. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
