Elaine Probst Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2025, at the age of 86, Elaine Probst of Shakopee, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Probst to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Erpelding and Genevieve Erpelding (Armstrong); her husband Tom Probst of Martin's Catholic Church; and her brother Merle Erpelding. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy DeKruif (Doug) of Sacred Heart, MN and Kristie Probst (David Gadberry) of Savage, MN; her grandchildren, Casie DeKruif (Bryan Larson) of Bemidji, MN, Nathan Gadberry of Savage, MN and Kiera Gadberry of Savage, MN; her siblings, Donna Platt (Jerry) of Lake Wilson, MN, Pat Erpelding of Slayton, MN and Lloyd Erpelding (Kedo) of Woodstock, MN; and her sisters-in-law, Donita Place (Mel) of Blue Earth, MN, Esther Reuter of Sioux Falls, SD and Pat Probst of Brooklyn Park, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Elaine's honor, the family requests that donations be made to organizations that address dementia, such as the Alzheimer's Association or the Dementia Society of America.
