He was predeceased by: his sons, Steve and Jeff; and his siblings, Barb and Gene. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Ron Schintz, Mark Schintz (Paula), Kat Schintz-David, Mindy Hamilton (Travis) and Errol Schintz Jr.; and his stepchildren, Trish Anderson and Andrew Nelson (Janet). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
