He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace and Myrtle (Bade); and his brother Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Kirschman) of Pierpont, SD; his children, Kyle (Connie), Karl (Dan Clausen) and Kari McKiver; his grandson Samuel Clausen-McKiver; and his sister Judy (Richard Fliehs). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
