He is survived by: his wife Rolayne Roufs; his sons, Mike Herrley, Tony Herrley (Kristy) and Nick Herrley; his grandchildren, Dontae Herrley, Tommy Herrley, Jesse, Ian, Madison Herrley and Ashlyn Herrley; his brothers, Bob Herrley (Mary) and Jack Herrley (Becky); his mother-in-law Doloris Roufs; his sisters-in-law, Barb Herrley, Romelle Quast (Harlan), Susan Roufs and Mary Zernechel; and his close friends, Bruce and Linda Orth.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for Jerry's grandchildren's education fund.
