With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gladys Wittenberg of Shakopee, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erdrich Kiecker and Ida Kiecker (Buboltz); her husband Oliver Wittenberg; and her siblings, Wilbert, Clarence (Ruth), Melvin (Bernelda), Emery, Elda Hillman (Elmer) and Mildred "Milly" Lokensgard (Orion).
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Eklof (Paul) of Cokato, Nathan Wittenberg (Sandy) of Chaska, Daniel Wittenberg of Shakopee and Ann Carlson (Chance) of Prior Lake; her grandchildren, Erin Palmer (Eric), Leah Eklof (Nate Bigley), Tyler Wittenberg, Travis Wittenberg, Amber Carlson and Breanna Carlson; her great grandchildren, Kya and Vera Palmer; and her sister-in-law Sharleen Kiecker of Burnsville. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. John's Little Lambs.
