He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lallak and Marcella Allen Lallak; his stepfather Bill Heuer; and his siblings, Mark Lallak (Sandi), Richard Lallak (Joyce), Charlie Lallak (Carol), John Lallak and Margaret Lallak.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda Anne Hubbard; his daughter Sarah of Annendale, MN; and his siblings, George Lallak (Marlene) of Garner and Mary Ann Swier (Brad) of South Dakota. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Banks & Beals Funeral Home (579 E 3rd St, Dallas City, IL 62330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Lomax Christian Church (1015 E Romick St, Lomax, IL 61454).
