He was predeceased by: his fathers, Richard "Cecil" Parker and Eldred Parker (Kooistra); and his brother-in-law Gene Goebel. He is survived by: his daughters, Jolene Tieben (Joel) and Lori Streiff (Joe); his grandson Trever R.; and his sister Mary Goebel.
