He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Crooks and Edith Crooks (Ross); and his brothers, Alex, Norman, Alfred, Stanley and George.
He is survived by: his wife Renate; his children, Jacob Crooks and Amanda Crooks; his grandchildren, Isabelle and Maxwell Crooks; and his brother Danny "Skip" Crooks (Laurie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Tiowakan Spiritual Center (14625 Prairie Grass Pass, Prior Lake, MN 55372). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
